Problem: I cannot play Jump Control on my device.
Answer: Please try the basic troubleshooting steps below:
1- Turn your device completely off then back on
2- If that doesn't help, try deleting and reinstalling the app, making sure to log back in with the same Peak account so you don't lose your progress
3- Make sure that there are no apps opened in the background, that you're running on full battery and that you have enough memory/space on your device for Peak
4- If that doesn't work, check that your device allows more than 2 fingers on the screen at a time (you can also use an app like "Multitouch Tester" to see if there are any touch restrictions on your device)
Finally, a little tip: if your fingers are too close together when you put them down on the touch pads, the separate touches won't be recognised so you might be penalised as if you lifted a finger off!
