Please cancel your subscription via the following steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Settings near the top of the page.
- Click Payments.
- Click Manage pre-approved payments.
- Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
In case this does not work, please send us with your Peak bbuid which you can find via the following steps:
1. Open Peak
2. Log in (if you have not done so already)
3. Click at "Me"
4. This step is for iOS/Apple users only: Click at "View and edit profile"
5. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page
6. Underneath your "Logout" button you can see your bbuid (it looks similar to this: dnZTwbYTO)
7. Tap on the bbuid code shown (this will automatically copy the bbuid to your clipboard so that you can paste it into the message you will send to us)

If you do not have your Peak account with the active subscription anymore please send us the email address and the full name you used in your PayPal account to purchase Peak.
Please double-check the spelling in your PayPal account and provide us with the exact details otherwise we will not able to find it.
