If you have already crossed the 7 days, then we will be unable to assist you with a refund. However, if your purchase is not older than 7 days, then please follow the below steps.
We don’t want you to feel like you’ve been taken hostage and thrown into the world of brain-training against your will (😱) so we’re always happy to help out with refund requests.
Please send us the email address and the full name you used in your PayPal account to purchase Peak and also your Peak bbuid, which you can find via the following steps:
1. Open Peak
2. Login (if you have not done so already)
3. Click on "Me."
4. This step is for iOS/Apple users only: Click on "View and edit profile."
5. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page
6. Underneath your "Logout" button, you can see your bbuid (it looks similar to this: dnZTwbYTO)
7. Tap on the bbuid code shown (this will automatically copy the bbuid to your clipboard so that, in your next reply, you can paste it into the message and send it back to us)
We will then be able to look into refunding you.
