We're very sorry to hear you missed your streak - we know how disappointing it is!
It usually has to do with the time of the day, timezones or connectivity issues. You may play towards the end of the day, maybe starting in one day but finishing on the next, and so the app doesn't recognise the time as belonging to the initial day (we're trying to minimise the issue here).
If you play between midnight and 2 am, you're playing at the time at which our servers are gathering your data and generating your new workout so your data won't be saved correctly and you might end up encountering issues. Please note that you will need to play your workouts in the given time which is the day, before midnight.
Timezones also don't help, so when travelling across continents make sure to play before boarding the plane 😅
And for the last reason, sometimes the data isn't sent to our server or is being missed, for example, if you played and then immediately closed the app, and your iPhone kills the app in the background to save resources for another app you've switched to. Or maybe if you turn on airplane mode, or your wifi stops working - these sort of things.
