We get it: you thought you’d like it but you’ve changed your mind.
We don’t want you to feel like you’ve been taken hostage and trust into the world of brain-training against your will (😱) so we’re always happy to help out with refund requests.
However for technical reasons, the only refunds we can process in-house are for purchases made through your Google Play account or directly on our website, using Stripe.
Purchases made using your iTunes account (you’ll know if that’s your case because you’ll receive confirmation emails from Apple directly) are handled exclusively by Apple. If you want to request a refund for this type of purchase, please contact them directly: https://getsupport.apple.com/
You can try and contact us but unfortunately we’ll just direct you to them again. We understand it’s frustrating for you but there is really no way for us to refund these type of purchases because we do not have access to Apple’s billing tools.
*P.S.: For Google Play customers: as our customer service team isn't available at the weekends, if your purchase was made less than 48hours ago, you can speed up the process by contacting Google Play directly for a refund. They should be able to help.
