I tried to purchase a subscription / Advanced Training module and was charged for my purchase. However I got an error message saying that "this account has already been used to upgrade another Peak account" and have not received my purchase since then. Why is that?
It's currently not possible to buy two Pro subscriptions with one Apple or Google Play Store account.
If you have two Peak accounts that are both associated with the same Apple or Google ID, this will "confuse" our server: we won't be able to determine which account "owns" the subscription and this new purchase will end up not being delivered at all.
- If you were charged for this new purchase, you will need to contact iTunes to request a refund.
If you were charged via Google Play, you can contact our support team via the Help menu in the app and provide them with your order number (usually starting in GPA.) so they can refund this order for you.
- If you just logged back into the app and were trying to restore a purchase you had previously made and received this error message instead, please contact our support team via the Help menu in the sidebar with a clear description of your problem so they can help you further.
