I try to sign in but my email address is not recognised
If the system doesn't recognise your login email address, you have most probably registered with a different email address than the one you're trying to use, or through Facebook. Try signing in with Facebook or any other email address you might have used instead.
Note that our login system is case sensitive: if you used upper and lowercase characters when registering with Peak, you will need to type your email address in the same way when trying to log back in.
If you are absolutely certain that you used this email address but the system doesn't recognise it, there is a chance that you made a typo the first time you signed up. Send us an email at email@example.com, detailing your name and any email address that you might have used, and we'll help you from there.
