I bought a Pro subscription, but I can't access the Pro benefits.
1) If you have purchased a Pro subscription, but are unable to access it, make sure that your purchase went through. You should receive an Apple/Playstore subscription confirmation and a “Welcome to Pro” e-mail from us, too. If you are sure your purchase has been successful, try to close the app and open it again - sometimes it might just not have updated yet. If that doesn’t help, uninstall the app, reinstall it again, click 'Sign in' and log back in to your account and check if that restores it for you.
2) Should you still experience trouble, it might be that you have accidentally logged in with an account that you didn’t originally register with. Log out of the current account by going to Account Settings, click Sign Out, and try to think of the original email address you registered with. Try logging in with that email address.
3) If you can’t remember the e-mail address you originally signed up with, or can't sign in with the one you used, send us an e-mail from the help section of the app. Please make a screenshot of your subscription confirmation (iOS: Phone Settings > iTunes and App Store > click your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Manage; Android: send us your invoice), and let us know of any other e-mail address you might have used.
