Problem: I have purchased a Pro plan / a Wizard module. I was charged for my purchase but I did not receive it yet. Restoring the purchase does not work. What is happening?
Answer: We are very sorry about this issue. We are aware of an issue with the data exchanged between our servers and Google Play's at the moment. We are working on fixing this.
If you have been charged and have not received your purchase yet, please contact us via the button below and provide us with:
- a copy of your order confirmation email
- the email address you used to create your Peak account
Once we receive this information, we will be able to solve the issue and activate your purchase on your account.
